Nobody here is anonymous, and that is the point — a market where every seller, host and guest is a real, reachable person is safer than one where nobody is. So the engine keeps what it takes to be sure of a person, and nothing that it does not need.
Name, email, telephone, date of birth, city and country, a picture, what you can do, and why you are good at it. The telephone is called before your first listing shows. Published: your name, your picture, your city, your offers, your events, your reviews. Never published: your telephone, your date of birth, your exact position (a nomad is shown to about a kilometre, or at their city). Under 18, a parent or guardian is on file and is called too.
Name, email, telephone, hometown, where you are now, and a picture. The host sees all of it to decide who is in; other guests see your name and picture on the event. The telephone is required; without it there is no attendance.
The email you paid with, what you bought, when, and what it cost. Cards are taken by Stripe on Stripe's page; we never see your card number. Bank payments go through achplug.com; your account number is encrypted and shown to nobody in full.
What you write in a request — the scenario, what you know, what you want found out — is kept. It is how the market learns what people need. It is never sold.
Nothing about you is sold, rented, or handed to an advertiser. No tracking follows you off the site. Every email we send has a way to stop it. A review, once published, is never removed by us — it is the record, and it is yours as much as anyone's.
Write to [email protected] or telephone 702-544-2002 to see what is held about you, or to close your account; a closed account keeps only what the books require and its reviews as written.
